Meet your driver outside your accommodation and reach Lezzeno. Here your professional wakeboarding instructor will be waiting ready to lead you on a ride across the shimmering waters of Lake Como. Fastened to a board and towed behind a motorboat you will have the best fun you can imagine while the delightful views of Lake Como’s winding shoreline unravel in front of you: dark green forested slopes rising against a backdrop of majestic snowy peaks, magnificent mansions set amongst lush Mediterranean foliage, lavish terraced gardens tumbling right down to the waters, pretty villages sprinkled with pastel-hued buildings. Such a setting would seem to belong to the sphere of landscape painting and yet you’re in it and it’s real!

Whether you wish to take up this water sport activity from scratch, hone your skills, discover new tricks or just have fun, the experience is not to be missed. Recommended for both seasoned surfers and newcomers to the world of wakeboarding, the ride can be tailored to suit different needs and levels of expertise. Families with children aged 8+ are also welcome to participate in this enjoyable, safe adventure. Beginners will learn how to stand on the board, balance their weight and handle the rope. Simple hand signals for commands such as stop, turn and slow down are also explained and practised before you set off. As you will soon see, wakeboarding is a hugely exhilarating sport and the basic skills are very easy to master.

After the activity you may spend the rest of the day lapping up the sun on the deckchairs of the facility’s solarium, swimming, paddle boarding and diving from an inflatable trampoline.

Alternatively you may reach the nearby town of Bellagio and spend some free time browsing its boutiques or exploring the splendid Gardens of Villa Melzi.

In the afternoon your chauffeur will drive you back to your accommodation.
